Yes. Put the photo date in the note when you book. We plan the job around it and leave room for a rain delay.
What is worth doing before listing?
Whatever shows in the photos and the building report. A roof wash and a clean driveway are the quickest lift. Cracked tiles and failed ridge pointing are worth fixing before a buyer's inspector finds them.
How much does it cost?
Roof cleaning starts from $490 ex GST, roof repairs from $1,490 and full restorations from $2,490. Ground cleaning is quoted after a free inspection.
Do you need the vendor home?
No. Someone needs to give us access and move cars off the driveway. We send photos when we are done.
