Will pressure washing damage my roof tiles?
It can. High pressure can crack terracotta and strip worn concrete tiles. We usually use a low-pressure soft wash with biocide so the growth is killed, not blasted.
How long does a roof clean last?
The biocide keeps working after we leave, so regrowth is slower than a plain wash. Shaded roofs and roofs under trees regrow faster. We tell you what to expect for your roof.
